Hara Bhara Kabab  /Veg  Croquettes/ Green Fritters

Veg Fritters/ Kababs

Ingredients:
Potatoes boiled and mashed – 3 to 4 
Spinach/Palak – 12 to 13 leaves ( blanched)
Coriander-  handful (finely chopped)
Green peas- 1/4th cup (boiled and Mashed)
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp.
Chilli ( remove seeds and finely chop 1 green Chilli)
Chaat masala ( 1 tsp. or to taste )
Corn flour( 1 tbsp.)
Corn meal  or  Dry Poha ground to a course powder ( 2  - 3 tbsp. )
Salt to taste.

Method:

Mix all the above wet ingredients and salt                                                   
Mash it or Mix it together
Next add the corn flour and poha powder/ corn meal ( you may increase or reduce the quantity depending on how wet the mixture feels)  making sure it does not turn too dry
mix all ingredients



          
Now knead it like dough and make bite size tikkis (  and Finally Deep Fry them and they are ready to serve

Extras


 1. After boiling and mashing the peas ( since I use frozen peas), Squeeze out all the water using a muslin cloth or even kitchen towel.
2. Boil the Spinach (palak) drain then put in ice cold water ( this makes the palak firm again) squeeze out all the water and chop
